| TERMS & CONDITIONS
QUOTATION
A quotation for the full cost of your wedding flowers will be sent
to you/agreed with you following your initial consultation. This
is an estimated cost and may be subject to change due to the market
cost of flowers required at the time of ordering. Once your booking
is secured, an invoice will be sent to you for a deposit of 25%
and the final cost of your wedding flowers will be stated.
DEPOSIT
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is
due 14 days in advance of the date of your wedding. Christy Jones
Contemporary Floral Design reserves the right to cancel any wedding
flowers, if payment is not made by the due date.
CANCELLATION
Should you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible
by telephone on 01772 620441 or 07722 506129 at least 14 days prior
to the wedding date. We order your wedding flowers approximately
10 days before your wedding date.
The 25% deposit is non-refundable.
LOAN OF GLASSWARE/CERAMICS
If glassware and/or ceramics are loaned from Christy Jones Contemporary
Floral Design, these must be returned within 7 days following the
wedding date. If any breakages occur these must be accounted for.
Alternatively, if you wish to supply your own glassware/ceramics,
please advise us on booking.
AVAILABILITY OF FRESH FLOWERS
There are occasions where a particular type of flower you may have
chosen are unavailable from our supplier. Whilst every effort is
made to source the flower of your choice, sometimes we are unsuccessful
and we will source the most similar flower in place of the previously
selected. If this is the case, we will advise you of the outcome.
